The government of Venezuela see's Hugo Chavez running democratic government. From the point of view of the US, they believe that Hugo Chavez is a dictator. They see Hugo Chavez as a dictator because he told the US to get out of Venezuela as they were on their pursuit of Oil.

  1. Keep in mind guys, that it is the the opinion of the US government that Venezuela is a dictatorship, but that doesn't mean it is. It means that Venezuela does not allow the US free access to its oil. Venezuela and US are not allies. Be careful where you get your information, because much of it has US bias all over it.
